Anise
Anise is an annual bushy plant that is grown for its sweet aromatic seeds or attracting beneficial insects. Used for flavouring liquers and baked goods and fresh leaves are used in soups, sauces, salads and stews. Grows to a height of 30-50cm.
SOW: October (or after risk of frost) to January (Cool Climate) Soil temps of 15 C or more ideal.
