Mibuna
Mibuna is a popular Asian Green grown during the cooler months. Forms clumps of pale green stems with spoon shaped green leaves. Perfect in salads or stir-fries. Grows quickly and will keep growing until late winter if planted in autumn.
Sow – Sept and February to April (cool climate) – can sow in later Spring but tends to flower quickly so requires regular sowings.
Spacing – 20cm plants, 30 rows.
