Asparagus Precoce d’Argenteuil is an old traditional heirloom. This gourmet variety is highly esteemed in Europe for its delicious stems and rose-coloured buds that can be blanched white.
Sow – August to September (in a hothouse) or October to December outside (cool climate). Soak seeds overnight first.
