Asparagus UC157 F1 is the market standard. It is a vigorous variety that crops a year earlier than traditional types. Expect higher yields and and larger spears than Mary Washington.
Sow – August to September (in a hothouse) or October to December outside (cool climate). Soak seeds overnight first.
