Bok Choy mini white F1 can be harvested after 1 month under ideal growing conditions. Perfect for small gardens or where you do not want too many large bok choys. Harvest when they reach 10cm tall and add to your stir fries.
Sow – September to April (cool climate). Raise indoors in Spring and plant out after risk of frost has passed or protect with fleece (seedlings hit by frost will likely flower prematurely) COOL CLIMATE
Spacing – 15cm, 20-30cm rows.
Evolved in China, where it has been cultivated since the 5th century AD. Contains glucosinolates. These compounds have been reported to prevent cancer.
