Edible Chrysanthemum Shungiku
Edible Chrysanthemum or Shungiku is also known as Chop Suey Greens, this is a hardy annual growing to 1m. You can eat the young leaves raw or cooked (stir-fries). It has a distinctive Chinese flavour. The flowers can also be added to salads.
