Pak Choy Black Knight

A nice Asian Green during the winter months that produces large dark coloured leaves. High in vitamins and great in stir fries. Can sow late Aug to Oct for a shorter crop until warm weather arrives or Feb to May for many harvests during winter.

Does have solid bolt tolerance for an open pollinated variety.

Sow Aug to Oct, Feb to Apr (cool climate). (provide cover from frosty nights when establishing in Spring)

Spacing – 30cm plants, 30cm rows if grown to full size.

The name comes from Cantonese named “drooping vegetable”, often rendered ‘tat soi’, ‘tat choy’. However, its natural habitat is alongside the Yangtze River
