Spaghetti squash as the name suggests is the classic pasta alternative. This squash has tasty flesh which has a noodle-like consistency. Slightly sweet, nutty flavour. Oblong in shape with ivory skin that changes to pale yellow at maturity. An excellent pasta alternative — bake or boil, fork out the flesh, and top the “spaghetti” with your favourite sauce. Short vines. Avg. weight: 1–2 kg. Avg. yield: 4–5 fruits/plant.
